Chris,
Hot off the press (unless I'm being wound up as I had to shoot off) but it was a victorious defence of our title. I certainly chipped in with 38 points off 3/4 handicap. I was only 2 over gross on the back 9!! My round also inlcuded 2 3 putts & a horrible 4 putt!! I also witnessed Darren A almost driving the green on 2 par 4's!!
Well done to my playing partners Mr Pettit, Santo & Darren. also BIG thanks to Dave Knatt for organising it & Tim for allowing us to enter.
Who will challenge us next year??

It would appear we are unbeatable, John. Very impressed with your play today, you must be really pleased. Darren was his usual self, driving it to parts of the course that made a mockery of the distance. His 3 off the tee par at the tenth will take some beating.

Hope everyone enjoyed the day, I certainly did. 1st and 3rd was a satisfying result especially as we sandwiched the Golfshakers, edging them into a plucky but ultimately futile 2nd! Better luck next year guys!

Excellent day organised by Dave Knatt and the team from the Worcestshire YMCA.
The golfshake.com team faired well on the first outing with a respectable 2nd place 2 points behind the 3dcubed A team, if only ....
Thanks also to the golfshake team for carrying me round Phil, Martin and Jodi and thanks to John for recommending Jodi as a worthy last minute replacement.

Thanks to Knatty and everyone that made it happen ,especially Tim for the kind invite.,another good day out with great company with some competitive golf. Chris you may get the call next year I'm probably dropped, the wheels came off in my game but Paulies wheel literally fell off (his buggy).
Well done to all the Teams that took especially the winning team Tiims 1st Team.
Golfshakers you should put this event in your diary for next year I believe its the 17th September 2010. A very nice course ,hospitality, facilities and the food was second to none again this year,I highly recommend it to you.

Paul,
get yourself a Sun Mountain bag, the dogs!! Glad you can get your trolley up & running, it looked a nice bit of kit.

Having played with both Chris and Paul within the last few days I predict a battling 110 all draw!

Paul,
might be hard to get back in the side after the successful defence

No mate, I had to shoot off to collect my kids, plus I didn't want my waistline to suffer again.
It was a very good day, in our team 3 out of 4 (sometimes all 4) were scoring gross pars, except for 1 hole
