Dave's Balls 2009 - The Final Reckoning

Posted by: user75266 | Mon 29th Jun 2009 22:19 | Last Reply

So, after all the arguments, the tears, and the worry it comes down to this. 956 strokes have been hit with my original Srixons and now with just 2 balls left (Chris Perry and Chris Waterworth) there are still plenty of you still in the running (well, perhaps not Lee Miller!)! Remember, it's the person with closest guess after all the balls are lost, whether that's above or below the total.

Here's the list of those who can still win!

Chris Perry       1235

Kevin Hewitt     1153

Richard Lane-Blackwell   1341

Russell Middleton   1152

John Flood       1178

Chris Waterworth  1114

Paul Williams       1279

Robbie Allison     964

James Illsley       976

Jon Williams     1450

Danny Brant       969

Andy Kenyon     1001

Lee Miller         2011

Paul Everett       998

Wayne Santorini   989

Tom Jenkins     1390

Paul Hudson     1012

Stuart Govan     1000

Stephen Falcus  1139

Playing this Wednesday! It could all end then!

The tension is killing me.  Any chance of live coverage??

Wonder if Setanta is interested?

My money is on Kev Hewitt now.

Come one Dave, you only need to hang onto me and Chris W for 279 strokes.  That's only nearly two rounds for you

When is the draw being made?  Who will be first out of the bag?

So basically whoever you pull out of your bag will be the loser!  I have a 1 in 2 chance of winning this - come on Dave pull out Chris, its the right thing to do.

And shoot 2 rounds of 79 losing my ball on the 18th through the club house window!  What a way to go!!

I know Dave, just glad to be still in it!  Good luck for the 79 tomorrow!
