Playing golf with a broken finger

Posted by: user230069 | Wed 24th Jun 2009 12:22 | Last Reply

I trapped my 'wedding ring' finger between two scaffolding poles I was loading onto a van for a friend at the weekend and broke the small bone that lies below the fingernail.  Being right-handed, that finger is pretty important for a firm grip but perhaps I'll find by happy accident that a slightly looser grip works wonders.  or I might find the opposite, I suppose.

I'm going out for nine holes tonight and will let you all know how it goes.

Bloody hell Paul, if you carry on like this you'll have to change your name to Steve Austin.  I think you need a full body transplant!  Does anything work??????  On second thoughts, I don't think I want the answer to that......
