Anyone available for a game @ Benton Hall ?

Hi

Does anyone fancy a game @ Benton Hall, Witham, Essex with a 28 handicapper?

I have been a member for a while now, but I am not confident enough to turn up at the club and look for someone to play with.

The reason for this is I don't want to hold up better players on the course.

I am available to play most weekends, in between work and family duties, and maybe early evenings during the week.

So if anyone is in the same position as me, or doesn't mind playing with someone that takes several more shots than them to reach the green, please let me know.

The south is just that blurry no-go area at the bottom of the map.  I dread moving there and being sucked into a nothingness of (expensive) shandy, pasties, shell suits and interbreeding.  There, I think I've given a balanced view and offended the entire South.......

Hmmm, currently staying 5 minutes North of the M4 and working 10 minutes South of it.  I'm treading a very fine line and will take the route of the M4 into consideration when looking for my new house. 

Could've been worse I suppose, you could've said I'd fit right in......

Hi Gary,  I'm in Romford so only 40 minutes away from the club.

How much is a round of golf at your place midweek?

If I can get over I'll come over and you can hold me up as well as the rest of the players on the course....      

Or why not come over and have a round on the Priors course with me.

I apologise for the delay in my reply, I have been away on business this week.

I think it costs approx £22.00, however, I think they are doing deals at the moment  so I will check up and let you know.

I would like a game on your course (Priors) perhaps we can sort something out?
