David, no was more surprised about NP & LD  than me , The par 3 was 155yrds and apparently he use a driver on both!!!!!!

Don't the organisers automatically qualify Dave?  Should mean that the 3rd place finisher gets in - unless you want to play 2 rounds of course....

Yep i agree Paul W, Chris must have felt the same pangs of 'if only' as me on his way home, especially his putt ending only an inch short on the last green...golf eh?

John S, Paul W and Chris P are all beginning to show their true potential. Donnington is a severe test and to score as well as they did under competitiive  conditions speaks for itself.

Of course as the handicap drops then the need to play well and consistently becomes even more paramount. Nice to see it guys, keep it up.
