Toes

Posted by: user81725 | Mon 27th Apr 2009 20:57 | Last Reply

I have recently started to turn my toes up in my shoes, I can't remember where I read about this, but it has helped me retain balance on the shot. If you close your eyes and turn your toes up your body finds its balance and centres on the balls of your feet, try it and see.....honestly it has helped me (at least in my head if nothing else) give it a go and see what you think.

I've just tried keeping my eyes open during my swing

No it doesn't help!

By keeping my eyes open during my swing I can now see how bad a shot I'm hitting!

I kept falling forwards, then got cramp!  I seem to get the idea of it though, will take a troll down the driving range and give another go tomorrow, something's got to help!

Works best if ya point your middle toe up and leave the rest flat.......
