This will make you laugh. Stood on the 1st tee at Wokefield & switched my GPS on & thought I was seeing things when it said that the middle of the green was 19.1miles away.
On checking I had downloaded Woking golf course

He even switched it off and reset it! When he turned it back on it said 19.2 miles!
He turned to me on the first tee and said "Look, I'm doing it right, I don't understand it. Look, I'll go back to the main screen, scroll down, click on Woking....".
"Woking?" I asked
"Yeah, Woking. That's where we are."
"No John, this is WOKEFIELD!"
"Oh bollocks, I've downloaded the wrong course! Have you got a strokesaver?"

I'm still trying to come to terms with his foul mouthed language on a family site. Just goes to show you can take the boy out of Yorkshire but you can't take the Yorkshire out of the boy!!
