Golf related ornaments

I have a resin golf ornament, a present from about 8 years ago. It is a scene at the flag, one old guy,  almost a skeleton, is holding the flag which has a cobweb on it complete with spider. The player, bent, pigeon-toed over the ball with a club that is sprouting a leaf. It is entitled "The Yips", and on the reverse of the base it says, The Masters. I know there were a series of these, one entitled "Nearest the pin ". I have searched the web, and visited numerous stores with no luck. Has anyone any info on the maker or store that stocks them? I know this one came from Southend, store unknown.
