Snow

Posted by: user201647 | Sun 1st Feb 2009 16:12 | Last Reply

Can not belive the weather I would love to be able to live abroad so that Nat would have nice weather to play all year round. Crowlands Heath Golf Club has a range that goes over a lake so every time it gets very cold it frezes over so all the balls get frozen into the ice. They have tried every thing to stop the lake frezeing but nothing works

Actually, practice swings in the snow are not such a bad idea (daft as it seems).  It will give you a really good idea of what your swing path is like...

Winter?  You are all very lucky that you can play golf in the UK at least 10 months out of the year.  I'm moving back to Boston this week and with 4 feet of snow on the ground and minue 20c temperatures, I won't see the green grass of a golf course for another 5 months.  Then the golf season is all of 5 months long before winter comes again.
