Where do your clubs go?

Posted by: user75266 | Fri 26th Dec 2008 11:24 | Last Reply

I bought a lovely new golf bag the other day and whilst I was filling it up a question came to me.

What's the best way to have your clubs in your bag? Do the woods go at the back or the front? Do you keep them seperate?

Or does it not matter?

Wedges-9  bottom , 8-3 from r-left in the middle woods and putter at the top that way Dave you don't have the iron heads bashing your wood shafts.

I'm with Dave on this one.

My carry bag has a six way divider.  Two sections wide and three sections from top to bottom.

I have my driver and 3 wood in one of the top ones, along with my putter and ball retriever in the other top section.

Then I have my lob and gap wedge in one of the middle sections, then in the remaining three section I have my 3 to 5 iron, my 6 to 8 iron and my 9 iron to SW.

This summer I bought a Masters cart bag.

It has individual dividers for each club.

I do like to keep my clubs away from each other so I bought the bag.
