Early Christmas Present (Wishon 555M/555C)
Picked up my new clubs last friday and had to do 215mile round trip to do so.
However i did try them on the range (Belfry) with my mentor watching and I was impressed with the feel, so off to Conwy (home club) I went on Saturday morning.
Suffice to say I enjoyed the game and feel of the new clubs, tour wrap grips were perfect as i didn't feel i had to grip them, they just sat in my hands so comfortably.
Weather was a bit up and down but nothing I've not played in before.
Will i tell you what i scored NO, although I did let it slip to one person who's integrity I trust how I got on.
What can I say now, well I have a set of Taylormade 320 irons (3 -pw) for sale and if anyone is interested pm me for price.

I am pleased that you like the new clubs as I still feel awful about the others.

Come on Santo, we're all friends on here. How did you do? We all know what it's like trying to bed in new clubs and there will always be a couple of bad rounds getting used to them before your scores improve.

Come on Wayne, that's not in the spirit of the game is it? I'm sure I've had worse cards.

What, not entering good cards to keep your handicap up? But doesn't that make you a..., a..., a...,
Bandit!!!

Wayne,
What handicap are your clubs aimed at?
John.

His clubs are aimed at the better player, the low handicapper. He is heading that way now, John. We will have a lot of catching up to do.

Come on Santo, how can a man who wears pink and orange outfits be embarrassed about a little 95 shot round.

Wayne you averaged 2.35 pts / hole for 14 holes if you'd have kept that average up you could have shot 42 pts.Depending on your course sss you would have dropped 1.2 to 1.0 hardly banditry ,good round.

You are John, The trip in May was an altrnative to my Ireland trip with my west Wales gang I had asked Wayne to organise. We were looking at different venues due to the cost of now gioing abroad, my suggestion was north Wales. I believe your goodself Jonny Kev myself and a couple of others were arranging for March/April time. I couldn't wait that long and am looking to go up in January.

Paul ,its a bunch of guys from Haverford west and Milford Haven I go away with to Ireland every May have done or the last 10 years, they are not Golf shakers. They are more drinkers than golfers. Decided not to go to Ireland next year as they can get better value at home so to speak. although I'm disappointed at not going to Ireland.
Your more than welcome to join us up at north Wales Wayne will be organising something soon.
