I have entered an event for the halftenners (as a see what happens kind of stuff) and I cannot see anywhere that lets me input the tee tiime or the maximum number of players.
Help please...

Robbie, did you set to a public event ? if you did you then get an option for tee time and max players/groups
Try editing the game and checking.
