They should stop messing about and get a shift on clearing those bloody leaves.  I don't want to end up losing my ball and arguing whether I can take a drop for three or have to walk back to the tee.........

you could make up a local rule about "squirrels pinching golf balls...."

I think that is covered by the 'outside agency' rule.  That's a free drop.  Now if I can only convince my playing partners that the leaf monster stole my ball........

I had that happen on the 9th at Pype Hayes Paul.  Bloody thieving crow!  That's why I know that it's a free drop as near as possible to where the ball was taken from.
