Don't know about, A,1 1,1 but I'd say D3 Colin.
Picture looks fine to me,

Break each square into 10 up by 10 across
Therefore the centre of the square you have nominated would be D,5 3,5
Hopefully that'll help

i can't see any photo?!?!?!

I reckon the ball is behind the white box....

I think it is lost and a provisional should be played.

I think the ball went out of bounds so I'll try all the squares outside the frame of the picture.

One very close though
Some of you may recognise the tee box, it is the par 5 which starts with a drive over the canyon at Aphrodite Hills Cyprus.

if that was me on the tee, any of the boxes could be the winner upto and including A4!!!
But i will guess D3 2,2

grid only goes down to 4??
Reply : Tue 11th Nov 2008 21:51
Divide the squares in to 10 by 10
Across to square D then 6 units in
Down to square 1 then 1 units down
Where these 2 line bisect = d,6 / 1,1

to try and help here the centre of Lofty's cap would be at B,1 / 1,8
The clubhead would be A,7 / 1,0
