Engraving a Trophy

On a trophy (Jug) very similiar to this... http://www.awards-trophies-supplier.co.uk/Claret-Award-M800-4-330-prod.html
Would you agree this is correct wording to be engraved on it?
Steve Begley Golf Society Captain's Trophy.
Or would you suggest an alternative? Would you put 'The' at the start? Is there any need for a full stop? Is there anyneed for the 'between the N and S at the end of Captain's?
