I've only just joined this site and thought i may get some tips. i recently seem to be finding my wieght all on my back leg at the end of my swing after i've hit the ball and can't understand how of why i've suddenly started doing it! it has only happened in the last 36 holes or so, i never did it before! i suffer with a bad back, but have suffered for years so what's changed???

Hey Jamie,

Here is a radical solution, the wife recently went mad and bought a wii fit board, bit girly i know but on there, are some really good excersises that train your center of gravety. Really tough to start with as you tend to move you legs and not your overall body. i had a problem coming through the ball to early and putting it out right so have been practising my swing on the COG and it records this on a graph and shows where your weight is. I know they have not designed it for that reason but i have straightened up abit. Plus you can have a good laugh with the mates all playing the golf one the system. Watch out for the back swings though, my little lad got a whack on the back of the head. That will learn him.

Sean
