I'm not an expert and I am sure that there are people on the site that will give you a definitive answer but both your handicaps look harsh to me.  As far as I am aware a rough rule of thumb to get your handicap is to take the sss of the course off your best score.  As your best of the three is 92 and the sss of the course you played is 65 I would expect your handicap to be around 27.   Therefore 24.5 seems harsh but the committee may have taken factors into account that I am not aware of and others might be.

Why your golfshake handicap is so much lower on the same three rounds is a mystery.  Usually the difference is explained by people tracking more scores on golfshake than they submit to their club but that doesn't apply to you.

I have just glanced at your cards but is it not to do with the fact that any triple bogeys or worse are only counted as double bogeys for handicap purposes? e.g. taking a 10 on a par 4 is the same as taking a 6, therefore your handicap is lower then possibly expected?

There is a link in the Help topics on golfshake which explains how handicaps are calculated. I expect you will find your answer in there.
