Events Entering

Just wondering if when placing an event on the system can it ask for a deadline date that once that date appears the "click to join" link disappears from view.

I am still getting people entering the Algarve event even though the closing date was middle of june.

Good idea Wayne i would like to see that feature.

Also it would be good if it displayed how many where attending / how many spaces left, on the events summary list left hand side of the screen.
