Hi all,

I took up golf seriously last year (had previously played in my teens (so about ten yearsa go) and have been having a great time. Last years scores werent great and I stood stubbornly on 28 handicap. I have this year taken lessons due to a deal with work where I can get money off the value. I'm six lessons in now and hitting the  ball much cleaner and yesertday on Styal Golf Course in Cheshire made a breakthrough. My first sub-100 round!!!! A massive achievement for me and a nice 95 on my scorecard has left me feeling very happy.

I now have a week in Spain to look forward to from Sunday with a good few rounds built in :-)

 Cheers

Chris

Welcome to the mad house Chris.

You did the right thing getting lessons, it will (hopfully) stop you getting any bad habits

Congrats on the sub 100.

Danny
