The Longest Day Golf Challenge

Has anyone ever done this? Its an event in aid of Macmillan Cancer Care involving playing 4 rounds of golf in one day. details below.

We are doing it on Monday 7th July and just wondered if anyone else here had taken part in the past and had any advice on the best way to go about it?

4 rounds on Knotty a and b would be a tough nut but very worth while...
