West London Chiswick Golf buddies

Hi there, Mannie here,
On the look out for any keen golfers wanting to partner up with someone new, around west London?
I've been playing a lot of golf this year (most weekends), after a good 5 years gap. Looking to improve my game with a current 25 handicap.
I play mostly at Dukes Meadows, Richmond, Trent Park (not west London), Heath Park and Hounslow, but willing to travel too.
I regularly play with friends from work and open to have like minded folks to join our rounds.
