What a way to start the year!

I have just got home from shooting  80 at Frome GC. Net 57 from my GST handicap, net 54 off of my now very much bandit club handicap of 26.

Naturally i have had to take a huge amount if stick in the clubhouse but definitely worth it.

My previous best of 87 has been smashed. My GST handicap is now at its lowest ever of 19.5 and quite honestly I am stunned.

First round of the year...where do i go from here...i guess the challenge now is to break the 80 barrier...better get practicing...but in the meantime

WAHEY!!!!

(I know i have also posted this on my blog, but....)

Fantastic effort, John, I told you you were on the right track, now you have shown it. I am pleased for you. You will be giving me shots soon.

Well done John, same handicap as me however its sounds like you can actually play to yours. Remind me not to play you for money

COngrats JOhn, good to see your scores are tumbling and pretty impressive almost a full 4 stroke handicap drop!

Great start to 2008
