Virtual Leader Board???

Not sure if fully up and running, though I am not on the list???

I have another Idea for the leader board.

How about having a Order of Merit...or....UK League.

Would have to be a game with a member and be open for others to join in to be able to go towards the League table for the year to count????

Best of the year, best improvements, handicap, putts, GIR, FIR, more to the point a UK league would be good....Any one....No one...Come on.

Your thoughts please

Hi James, love your idea about 'Order or Merit' etc have had discussions about leagues before.  Seems it's early 2008 will give this some serious thought.

David's provided a pretty comprehensive breakdown on the Virtual Leaderboard or VLB, you can also filter by handicap range.  THere are various caveats to appear the main one being 5 submitted rounds, plus alot and I mean alot of bogus rounds are removed although some still appear which I am working to remove.

SUggestions always welcome and gratefully appreciated, it can only make the site better.

Also like the order of merit idea although i imagine that the retired club golfers will likely top this one out on qty of games played vs the weekend hacker like myself who gets out once or twice a month. Didnt mean to sound negative as i do think its a great idea just IMO some refining is required. 

Got this on the to do list and will investigate.   Will let you know.
