What the club says: A good test of golf, Knowle is a mature parkland course with two contrasting halves and the benefit of two starting points. The club has played host to many county and professional events over the last 100 years.

nice little course hidden out of the way
good variety of holes , a few hills to climb but course in very good condition, definitely worth a visit(Round played: Aug 2019 - Score: 93 Handicap: 21.4)

Course in great condition. Lovely club sandwich but £24 to play with a member is too expensive

Played the course on a beautiful hot day yesterday 5/6. The condition of the course was excellent. Fairways were almost divot free and rewarded a well-placed tee shot. The greens ran exceptionally true as a fourball there wasn’t one moan about a bobble on a putt. The green fee with the county card was good value and playing at 3.30pm we almost had the course to ourselves. Only criticisms was over the lack of an fountains or places to fill up water bottles on the course. There was a drinking fountain on the first that wasn’t working. We had to buy water from the pro shop and then go into the bar after 9 to ask them to fill up our bottles, which they did. Overall a very enjoyable round

(Round played: Aug 2015 - Score: 89 Handicap: 16.5) lovely course in very good condition. Very friendly in the pro shop. My only complaint is that the menu has a separate price for guests!! Also the 2fore1 aren't! They charge you a rate which is higher than if you played with a guest?

A very good golf course surprisingly hidden within the city of Bristol a very good challenge for golfers of all abilities especially if the wind is blowing
