What the club says: An excellent test of golf for the beginner and seasoned golfer alike. The course is always in superb condition with a variety of testing holes to challenge anyone.

Good for beginners
Great course for a quick 9 or 18 holes, not too long. Some nice hazards & reasonably kept well. The course also has a pitch n putt for families & a nice indoor eatery.Reviewer Rating

Lovely, well looked after, 9 hole gem
Played here many times and never a bad word to say about it. My friend and I were joined by head groundsman for 9 holes last weekend and we learned a lot about how things work behind the scenes. It is truly a great course for any level ( me being a beginner) .Staff are so friendly and helpful as are the players we have encountered .
Superb family run business.

Returning round
Played with some work colleagues on a friday afternoon in mid December, very wet underfoot but the course played well all things considered. Its a lovely little course to play if you have around 90 mins as play is fairly quick paced but if you are wayward it will punish you, will be back in the springReviewer Rating

Cracking little golf course!
Played just after a prolonged downpour and the course was in great condition. Drainage and maintenance of the fairways would put many a private members' club to shame. Greens not so good, but rolled OK. A short, flat course it may be, but if you're at all wayward lots of trouble (ditches, ponds, thick rough) is within very easy reach! A lot of work has obviously gone in to this little course; a credit to the owner and his staff. No pro-shop, but adjacent cafe very good. Oh...and please don't climb on the gorilla!!!Reviewer Rating

Good for the price
This course is great value for money and to keep your swing going.Okay so there’s no practice areas and bunkers are pretty unplayable at times but it’s still a fantastic course for the money.

Practice is perfect
Played this 9 holer on the outskirts of Leicestershire. Unfortunately the scorecard is not quite a reflection on the actual holes, the yardages appear to be less than on the card. Great opportunity for practicing and sharpening your mid to short game, the greens in fair condition. Good value for money at ?10 for 18 holes, friendly staff not a place for society or testing your handicap.Reviewer Rating
