Welsh Golf Club of the Year Award 2013

Congratulations on the win for "Welsh Golf Club of the Year Award 2013" The directors of the Golf Yearbook hand out a total of 8 awards on a yearly basis. These awards recognise the businesses in golf that are offering the best products and services for golfers.
To outline just a few of the main reasons they have won this award:
- The course is stunning
- a real gem!
- Its a really lovely course which offers a challenging test with great greens, and fairways in a fantastic location
- An interesting course which is well laid out
- Varying holes offer a great challenge although from the feedback we have had hole 18 is particularly impressive
- Excellent venue for society days as a true test for all ranges of handicaps
Our panel were really impressed with all the reports of the warm friendly and welcoming attitude of staff which was just one of the aspects really put you ahead of the rest in the face of a lot of fierce competition in the area. Old Padeswood offers fantastic value for money - a very reasonable price for such a good course
