By: Adam Smith | Tue 11 Jun 2013

Looking to play golf across the West Midlands ? check out some of these hidden gems from Herefordshire, Shropshire,  Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

Herefordshire Golf Club - Herefordshire

Signature holes, out of bounds and water hazards throughout makes The Herefordshire one of the most favoured in the West Midlands. Play the par 3's well and you should find yourself getting round in a good score and you can look forward to a true risk and reward finish with two finely struck shots needed to reach the 18th in two. The course itself is one of the finest looking and best maintained in the county.

Parkland, 18 Holes, Par 70, 6,055 Yards, published green fee from £25

Telford Golf Club is rated 3.82/5 from 62 ratings

Stonebridge Golf Course - Warwickshire

The Shropshire Golf Club - Shropshire

Made up of three loops of nine. The Gold, the Silver and the Blue course makes playing 18 holes around The Shropshire a tough test of golf. The Silver is known to be a sterner test with one of the finest finishing holes in the conty but take nothing away from the Gold or Blue and they still combine challenging holes with beautiful scenery.

Wharton Park Golf Club - Worcestershire

A USGA standard course situated on the edge of the historic riverside town of Bewdley in the picturesque Wyre Forest, the championship course is magnificent to say the least. Set around 43 acres of Royal Forest the course offers everything you would expect with manicured fairways and lightning fast greens. Large mature trees line the wide fairways and around the water features making Wharton Park's variety one of its many assets.
