The two nines are very different in character; the front nine is very undulating on higher ground and has stunning views over Newbury, whilst the back nine is classic parkland, with an abundance of beautiful trees and water hazards that can unnerve even the bravest of hitters.

This quality golf course has held two Euro Pro Tours in recent years and in 2004 hosted the Donnington Grove Computacenter English Challenge Open.
