What the club says: Designed by European Golf Design in association with Michael King, the golf course at Worsley Park provides an exciting challenge to golfers of all abilities. The golf course has been laid out utilising the natural contours of the terrain and the indigenous water features, the greens and tees are all laid to USGA specifications, making it a truly enjoyable challenge. At 6,611 yards (par 71) from the back tees, this is a course that requires brains instead of brute strength to achieve a successful score.

Nice course

Ok but very long for high handicap players. Clubhouse and facilities very good and staff very helpful and location easy to get to

Nice course worth playing
Having played Marriott Worsley a few times sort of knew what to expect, quite tidy and good greens. However it has been hit with the recent bad weather and is now quite soft under foot, not the venues fault I know. Greens were still playable but surrounding areas were tricky to play on due the soggy state. Will be back for sure, just try and avoid when wet. Can't fault the food and drink though.Reviewer Rating

BLUES GOLF SOCIETY
We all enjoyed our 3 days at Worsley Park Golf and Country club.The weather for April was ok and the course although as expected was bit soft in places the greens were in good condition and the course was well kept. The hotel facilities were excellent as was the food and a great selection of drinks available.
The staff in the hotel, club shop and on the course were very friendly and helpful.
The fitness facilities were excellent.
Bunkered golf breaks were very efficient before and after our trip as per usual as we have orgaiised breaks with them before.

Good Track, nice and wide
A long course makes it more challenging for shorter hitters. Some really nice holes, quite wide fairways so you can open your shoulders. Fantastic fairways and greens and a nice looking course. Played two days quite slow both days. First day was over booked and tee time put back about 35 minutes. Second day we followed a ladies society which was really slow. The good course made up for the waiting on each hole. Also stayed at the hotel which was class, great rooms (spotless), the food choices were fantastic for 3 courses, and a lovely pub and garden next door, hotel and golf bars were fab too though a little disappointing they closed early. Would definitely play again but try and get earlier tee off times.Reviewer Rating
